Refund conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all original tags attached.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
Some products (such as custom products, promotional clearance products) are not refundable. Please refer to the instructions on each product page for details.
Refund process
Please submit a refund request to the customer service email maplethyme@neatspatulazone.com, attaching the order number and reason for return.
Customer service will respond within 2 business days and provide a return address and instructions.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to product quality issues.
Refund time
We will process the refund within 5 business days after we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the refund conditions.
The refund will be returned to your payment account through the original route, and the specific arrival time depends on the bank or payment platform process.
Damaged or wrong goods
If you receive damaged or wrong goods, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and we will replace them free of charge or refund them in full.
Special Notes
Minor packaging damage caused by transportation is not refundable.
If the returned goods do not meet the refund conditions (such as used, damaged, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
